Our Distribution Business Unit in Europe consists of a distributor and dealer support network. They deliver reliable sales and service of durable and high performing engine, generator set and aftermarket products to our regionally based (global) partners. Working in a diverse, multi-cultural and innovative space, you’ll interact directly with our customers, build relationships and develop high tech solutions that will fuel your advanced career skill set. Our integrated business demand the talents and creativity of individuals with a wide range of skills and experience.

This is an exciting opportunity in our Prague(Čestlice) office for an ambitious and sales driven Aftermarket Sales Representative. This position will be field based,customer site,and office,and you will be responsible for the generation of new business within filtration, engaging with existing customers, suppliers and dealerships to provide up to date product advice and continuously driving forward customer satisfaction and build strong business relationship with customers.

Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:

  • Engagement with current accounts and dealerships to provide support on current products, new products and continuing to generate business

  • Selling company products and services by developing new prospects and existing accounts

  • Achieving sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction

  • Responding to customer concerns about the company and its products

  • Identify, research, and contacts prospective customers proactively to generate future sales and repeat business

  • Business planning for prospective customers

  • Partnering with internal departments including aftermarket team, CSI, service department and warehousing

  • Partnering with external department including customers, suppliers, dealerships and end users


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Fluent Czech – written and verbal, minimum intermediate English – written and verbal to allow professional communication with internal stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills to gain support and confidence from customers

  • Being self-motivated and able to use own initiative for generating new business

  • Team player when working with other Sales Representatives and rest of Aftermarket team

  • Reliable and knowledgeable when working with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction and business growth

  • Experience in a sales environment

  • Experience in a self-motivated and target driven environment is best suited for this position
