We are looking for a talented Compliance Leader to join our team specializing in Product Development for our Engine Business Unit in Darlington
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
-This product focused position verifies and validates the functionality of Cummins’ products across a wide range of customer requirements, across a variety of applications, in various environments.
-This work plans, tracks, and evaluates results from a wide range of analyses and functional tests to assess product risk and performance.
-You will make decisions in the areas of verification and validation that impact product performance, reliability, and durability.
-You will investigate and addresses potential system concerns/issues to understand causal mechanisms, recommend appropriate action and own the problem resolution as well as documenting results.
-These results are expected to drive quality decisions and proactively resolve product issues before the product reaches the customer.
-You will need to obtain input and negotiate with Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivers an optimized subsystem-based analytical and experimental verification plan to the program or project team.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
-Previous experience within a Compliance Engineering/Product Engineering/Senior Engineer role
-Ideally holding a Degree Level qualification in an Engineering or Business-Related Discipline
-Previous experience in Project Managing / Holding Project Management Qualifications
-Ideally previous experience with Engines or Pressurized Environments.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: £46,200 to £51,300.
Variable compensation bonus targeted at 8% Defined contribution pension scheme - company contributions up to 9%
