PFR Lead - Hybrid

Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Leading a team of one providing coaching/development and performance management.

• Completing Month End Close Activities, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Preparing statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.

• Being accountable for the completion of the AOP/forecasting and monthly and annual reporting for CBS Europe

• Being accountable for the hedging allocation and reporting to Corporate Treasury

• Managing multiple assignments, which are broad in nature and require strong analytical thinking to complete.

• Building and maintaining relationships with external and internal customers, other finance disciplines and work teams

• Executing special projects as assigned using change and improvement methodologie s.

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills:

• Financial Analysis - Interprets financial data by analyzing trends, variances, opportunities and risks to provide insight to stakeholders regarding financial impact to drive business improvement; evaluates financial results against targets to communicate conclusions to all stakeholders; ensures integrity of financial data by investigating variances and determining corrective actions to resolve identified issues.

• Business Partnering - Collaborates with stakeholders and develops partnerships to drive performance that aligns to organizational goals and strategies; influences the organization by demonstrating knowledge of the business to provide guidance to support the decision-making process and guiding the business towards positive results and organizational alignment; evaluates business environment using measures to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities.

• Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.

• Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

• Optimizes work processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.

• Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification required.

Experience

• Experience working within a global/national scale organization.

• PFR sector knowledge and experience.
