We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operative to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Power Systems Business Segment in Daventry
This is a Temporary Cummins Contract up to 24 months working 37.5 hours Per week on a two-rotational shift pattern: M-F 7:00am – 15:00pm & M-T 15:00pm – 23:00pm F: 15:00 – 22:30pm.
Salary is £26,790
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Ensure quality standards meet the requirements of the business
Follow stage process documentation and correctly document quality checks
Report to supervision any problems within the work stage
Liaise with supervision on all aspects affecting the smooth running of the operation
To be flexible within Trim as appropriate, dependent on volume and priority
Complete all daily checks inclusive of 5S, Hymo and Crane
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Previous assembly of factory experience beneficial
Strong mechanical background
Ability to work under your own initiative within the recognized process
Ability to self-manage in order to achieve production targets
