To continue our success, we are looking to hire an Order Management Specialist.
As part of a global team, you will coordinate order management for our internal customers across the Middle East. You will have ownership of a very diverse range of orders ranging from mid to high volume, and you will manage the end – to end order life cycle.

Manage the end-to-end order life cycle for assigned customer accounts in the Middle East to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Act as single-point-of-contact for the customer to resolve any order processing, scheduling, and shipping queries.
Analyse and resolve complex customer issues with minimal supervision, knowing when to escalate to the Order Management Leader.
Coordinate with Regional Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Materials, Production Planning, and other teams to facilitate the order life-cycle and to meet critical customer deliveries.
Partner with customers to provide consultative, order life cycle support (e.g. lead time, availability, order entry, order modification, minor technical support, logistics, and policy), making recommendations and providing guidance.
Continuously demonstrate customer support excellence (compassion, empathy, support) in all communications and interactions.
Liaises with internal production, planning, and materials teams to ensure prompt, accurate, and timely order throughput including achievement of financial targets.
Support Customer Order Management departmental goals and initiatives to become a more proactive customer-centric organization: develop, document, and enhance standard administrative practices as they pertain to customer communication, and order throughput processes.
Identify ideas and develop proactive communications for your customer base regarding processes, policy, and best practices.
Host and coordinate customer visits and review the completeness of pre and post-visit documentation.
Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement projects impacting local and global stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience providing a high level of customer satisfaction in order management, or customer service position.
A degree is preferred, or directly relevant work experience.
Experience using MRP systems would be preferred.
Demonstrate a tenacious personality and the ability to manage a high volume of customer needs at any one time.
Customer-focused with a desire to build strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Results-driven, even under tough circumstances.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of the customer.
English language skills are essential, plus an additional language such as Arabic or French would be highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary between £34 - £37,000 depending on relevant experience
Annual bonus plan - target 8% (based upon company performance)
