We are looking for a talented Quality Project Manager to join our team, providing exceptional support for our Power systems business in Daventry.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Manage the process to identify, assess and prioritize issues and risks using recommended tools and processes to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of negative events or to maximize the realization of positive events.
Manage the project schedule using the recommended project management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Degree educated in a STEM subject
Practical experience of successful project delivery
Experience with Zero Defect Mentality (ZDM) process is preferred
Team leadership skills, ideally both direct and matrix
