Aftermarket Account Manager
We are looking to add an Aftermarket Sales and Account Manager to our Distribution business based from our site in Dordrecht, due to the nature of the role there will be frequent travel to your account base.
You will be responsible for selling the organization's products to assigned business customers to achieve sales goals, expanding existing customer relationships and executing account sales plans in support of the business strategy.
Your presence will be felt in the following ways:
Develops, manages, and maintains business relationships with assigned accounts supporting the organization's sales strategy.
Supports growth or new business opportunities and cost initiatives.
Extends and expands sale of products and services to existing clients.
Sources and develops a new business pipeline in line with business growth plans in the region.
Supports account strategy and works with key stakeholders in the business to achieve optimum results.
Responsible for measuring customer satisfaction and creating action plans to improve satisfaction based on data.
To be a success in this role you will need:
Significant level of relevant work experience, including previous customer and/or product experience required.
Demonstratable experience in a Sales and account management role in least one of following industries: construction, rail, marine, automotive (other industries may be considered if from within an aftersales/service market).
Proven experience in leading negotiations and managing the whole sales cycle.
Fluent in both Dutch and English.
