We are looking for a talented Global Sales Leader to join our team specializing in Hydrogen for our Cummins Hydrogenics in Oevel, Belgium or Frankfurt, Germany.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

-Managing the sales organization and being responsible for sales activity and operations for a medium to large business segment (i.e. territory, product line, market segment).

-Setting strategic approach to sales and approving development and implementation of sales objectives, strategies and promotional programs and holding your direct and dotted line teams accountable for the execution.

-Coaching, developing and motivating sales staff; providing guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegating works assignments considering employee skills and development needs.

-Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with key customers and business leaders by maintaining quarterly face-to-face contact with key customer management.

-Managing the development of methods, processes, and procedures to resolves some complex issues as well as developing and managing sales (revenue and prime margin metrics at a minimum), financial controls, and risk ensuring operations are executed efficiently and within established budgets.

-Assuring good communication and coordination between account management, field sales, upstream influencers, sales management, inside sales and sales analysts (as applicable) to attain the goals of the sales strategy and culture, management of customers, sales talent management and sales operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

-Must be fluent in English both written and verbal

-Must have knowledge of the Hydrogen Fuel market and opportunities

-Preferred but not essential – Degree level qualification

-Preferred but not essential – Six Sigma Green Belt
