We are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join our team specializing in Hydrogen for our New Power Business Unit in Gladbeck.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supporting the sales team on basic administration and creation/collation of materials/documents to support sales process.

  • Providing quotes to non tier one customers.

  • Liaising with distribution teams to track orders and update sales teams and/or customers.

  • Gathering data/feedback and creating reports to feed back to the business and customers.

  • Liaising with quality teams for any customer issues/claims that need following up on.

  • Engaging with customers to ensure a great service throughout.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Must have previous experience working in an Administrative / Support role for a sales function with either business or technical background

  • Must be a fluent German and English speaker (Written and verbal)

  • Must have an understand of the sales process and how to engage with customers

  • Preferred but not essential would be holding a degree level qualification
