Regional Compensation and Benefits Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst who is looking for exciting career growth in a multinational environment.
You will join an established team that develops and manage our compensation and benefits strategy for over 7,500 employees across Europe. Using your sharp analytical skills, you will compile and summarize key information and data that will influence recommended actions in support of our compensation and benefits policies.
This is a unique opportunity where you will be proactively supported in your growth, and you will work towards managing key stakeholders, making recommendations, and collaborating on various projects. To succeed you must be professional, assertive, and confident to speak with colleagues at all levels.
Conduct complex studies and analysis for assigned countries, such as preparing and reviewing market survey submissions, job evaluations, benchmarking exercises, etc. partnering with data suppliers, manager groups, and line human resources.
Coach line Human Resources with compensation and benefits related processes; evaluating issues and providing problem resolution; handle moderately complex program interpretations and resolutions.
Participate in the delivery and assessment of standard and annual processes such as annual merit review and benefits enrollment.
Collaborate with the team to develop and improve global strategies and policies.
Assist in the design and implementation of employee benefits strategies, policies, plans, and processes.
Lead the delivery of benefits plans to employees, resolving any issues, and address employee questions. Assist in the creation of communication materials for benefit enrollment and any changes.
Implement initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of employee benefits processes and plan delivery.
Consuls with line human resources on benefit program design and administration issues. Partner with internal and external vendors on the resolution of service issues and the effectiveness of program operation.
Research emerging market trends and changes in the regulatory environment; conduct external and internal research and summarize results for management review to support compliance work.
Existing experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst is required to be considered for this position.
A relevant degree would be preferred.
