This is an exciting opportunity in Netherlands for an Operations Leader.

Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:

  • Manage all projects within an assigned functional area. Including: project design, budget, communication, safety, quality etc.

  • Resolve all issues that arise with our manufacturing partner

  • Agree Service Level Agreements with our manufacturing supplier, and ensure these are achieved.

  • Assess risks attached with each project

  • Monitor project success and have an understanding of each projects current status

  • Coordinate supply chain functions

  • Participate in the monthly Synchronized Business Planning process for the EMEA region regarding our manufacturing suppliers capacity and KPIs.

  • Liaise with other Cummins regional supply chain, and corporate functional support to determine and adopt best practices across all functions leading to world class performance to customers in EMEA.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Significant relevant experience, including supervisory experience, required.

  • Excellent Leadership skills.

  • Establish / Lead / Develop the ongoing relationship with our manufacturing partner in the EMEA Region.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to act as Cummins point of contact with one of our key suppliers.

  • Work with our supplier counterparts to establish improvement plans as required, promote continuous improvement activity, and develop world class operating approaches with associated KPI performance results.

  • Able to analyse operational trends and develop corrective action plans.

  • Stay abreast of all NPI programs in the region to assure achievement of operations requirements gate expectations, including capacity.

  • Able to participate in EMEA staff meeting to represent Roermond Operations. Having a positive input into company objectives.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • Degree qualified in relevant subject
