Supply Chain Manager

Description

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain manager to join our Power systems business in Stamford.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Building strong customer relationships, to offer customer centric solutions,

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver success and strive for constant improvement

  • Manage supply and demand within the supply chain, ensuring targets and inventory levels are met,

  • Evaluate business processes to identify risks and offer process improvements

  • Approve system strategies and advise on changes to planning systems parameters

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Degree educated,

  • Line management experience, you will need to coach less experienced members of the team

  • A proactive approach to problem solving

  • A solid background within a fast-paced supply chain department,

  • A global outlook and an understanding of external environmental factors which impact supply chain management.

  • An understanding of complex supply chain processes

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary between £46,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

  • Defined contribution pension scheme (up to 9%)

  • Annual bonus plan - target 8% (based upon company performance)
