This is an exciting opportunity in Marktheidenfeld for an Account Manager
Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:
Responsible for managing the relationship and business strategies for the Daimler account.
Using current and previous data to forecast accurate demand planning
Ownership of global change management for all product lines within the account
Develops account strategy and works with key stakeholders in the business to achieve optimum results.
Responsibilities include contract management with the customer, working on the development agreement, demand planning and product reviews
Work closely with stakeholders at Daimler to manage new product development
Develops, manages, and maintains business relationships with your assigned accounts supporting the organization's sales strategy, including visiting the client site.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive customer relations.
Manages accounts receivable deliverables including payment terms negotiation discussions and invoices.
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong understanding of engineering and commercial awareness
Relevant experience in account management, in particular experience of working across multiple product lines and regions.
Ability to Manage Customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
Financial Understanding - Ability to analyse data and manage accounts receivable deliverables.
Focus On Customer Needs - Able to leverage network of customer contacts to attain customer specific information that will provide useful in making informed business decisions and increase understanding of customer needs.
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, technical or a related subject or equivalent industry experience required.
