We have a new and evolving opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager to support our Electrolyzer Technology division within the UK and Nordics area. This position will be based from our site in Milton Keynes or your home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Spearhead new business development activities; 30% of the workload will be inclusive of generating leads/sales within the hydrogen technology industry

  • Highly responsible for building retained customer relationships, trouble shoot and offer technical engineering solutions pre launch of new product introductions

  • Increase market penetration across your account base within the UK/Nordics area

  • Execute high degree of capital sales negotiation, sales road mapping and have the ability to present business cases to the leadership teams on new areas of development

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or similar

  • By strong preference previous experience generating sales and business within one or more of the following industries: Hydrogen Technology, Process Engineering, Oil and Gas, Ammonia or Fuel Cell Technology

  • Previous experience of closing sales within a high level project sales environment

  • Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)

Salary and Benefits

£57,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent upon skills and experience)

Defined contribution pension scheme - company contributions up to 9%

Annual bonus plan - target 12% (based upon company performance)
