At our Oevel site in Belgium, Cummins is developing innovative Fuel Cell and Electrolyzer technologies that can generate hydrogen for various applications with zero emissions - contributing to a safe and healthy environment for future generations.
We have a diverse team of engineers dedicated to the development of existing and future products for customers on a global scale. We are currently looking for a Inside Sales Tool and process expert to join the team. The role will report to the Sales Operations Manager.
Your impact will include:
Owner of Salesforce for the global sales and proposal department
Monitor and maintain data quality
Support sales department with elaboration of executive presentation/reports, Dashboard dedicated to management (Forecast, Bookings, Sales funnel, Workload, Budgets, market analysis, etc.) and Sales community.
Knowledge sharing and training across the global sales and proposal department.
Owner of Sales and proposal department’s library and tools
Elaborate, improve, standardize documentation, template, brochure, etc, pertaining Sales and proposal deliverables (internal and external documentation) Ensure the proper use by all stakeholders of the documentation.
Consult peers ensuring conformity of all deliverables with most recent product development, standards, etc.
Improve format, content, design, readability of all documentation (internal and external documentation) according to Cummins branding. Manage follow up of documentation digitalization, FAQ, Wiki.
Owner of costing and pricing tools . Where needed, improve/(support)development of tool’s efficiency, accuracy, friendly using, data readability and completeness with e.g.: (semi)automatized features like detailed & executive summary sheets, client price break down, etc.
Owner of Price database. Liaise with peers (Supply chain, etc) in order to keep costing tool updated and accurate, integrating return of experience/gap analysis from other department (project management, engineering, Sales, etc).
Competitiveness improvement: together with peers, make analysis of costing fluctuation at the light of price market trends, previous offers etc.
Propose, (support)development of specific features easing to integrating cost price DB updates
Qualifications
Education
- Engineering degree (minimum Master level)
Experience
Experienced in managing CRM tool (Salesforce)
Interest for technical solution related to Hydrogen technologies in particular and sunstainable energy in general
Strong appetite for digitalization, elaboration of tools striving to more efficiency, standardization and knowedle sharing within a sales organization/community
Computer skills; strong working knowledge of Microsoft softwares, sharing platforms (Sharepoints, One notes
Costing tool: Advanced in Excell. Strong interest for digitalization.
CRM tool: advanced in CRM tools (Super user of Sales force)
Committed towards deliverables and deadlines,

Ability to work within cross functional teams, in an international environment.
Supportive of co-workers and teammates.
English is a must, additional languages an asset.
