We are looking for a talented Communications Specialist to join our team supporting the marketing communication strategy for our electrolyzer business within New Power, Cummins fifth and newest business segment.

Risk manager
Description
Supports the Company in managing the risks taken, from very early bidding stage up to project completion.
Designs and implements an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur
Analyzes current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting our projects.
Evaluates handling of risks, and compares potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements
Establishes the level of risk the company is willing to take in close collaboration with Company Leaders
Builds risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company
At bidding stage, collaborates and works with all departments to identify the risks inherent to the bid (risks of all kinds, technical, contractual, financial, others),
Evaluate the potential impact of these risks and their probability of occurrence
Identify what could be the mitigation measures that Company could take to either decrease the probability of occurrence or decrease the impact or both
Based on the bidding stage work, establishes the final risk matrix at Project start up, and works closely with the Project Managers and all concerned Departments to ensure risks are kept under control and mitigation measures are put in place
Reports regularly (weekly/monthly) to the Company management about the main risks that Company is facing, mitigation measures that are put in place and risks occurrence or removal
Promotes a “Culture of Risk Management” in the Company, by training people, continuously making them aware of the potential impact of decisions made and how to prevent major risks in the business of the Electrolysers
Establishes and promotes specific tools supporting the management of the risks in Projects
Establishes processes and procedures to ensure risk is continuously managed in the Company, at all stages of our activities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different stakeholders.
Evaluates hazards within the work environment by applying hazard identification and risk assessment techniques to analyze and prioritize risk, enabling a selection of control measures that reduce risk as low as reasonably practicable.
Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Applies the Cummins structured process and tool set for engaging individuals and organizations through change to achieve and sustain business results and outcomes.
Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies.
Education
Fluent in English
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (preferably), or in Risk Management, Management or Business Studies, Finance or Economics, Science, Statistics or Law.
Relevant Risk Management certification/Eduction/Training
Experience
Experience (10 to 15 years) with at least 8 years as Risk Manager preferably in Oil & Gas Business.
Microsoft Office 365 ( MS Project is a plus)
