Order Management Administrator

Description

Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:

  • Processing of customer orders within the order management system, accurately and to deadlines.

  • Compilation and distribution of export/shipping documentation.

  • Publishing of confirmations and notifications to customers including: order acknowledgements, shipment notifications/tracking details and invoices.

  • Handling of internal enquiries and escalating where required to seek resolution to challenging enquiries/complaints.

  • Interacting with internal stakeholders to resolve order issues.

Qualifications

  • Existing experience in either order management, account management or in customer services.

  • Proven track record of working in a fast paced, high volume order management/ supply chain environment.

  • Experience with GOMS, SAP, Oracle or a similar ERP package would be an advantage.

  • A genuine passion for achieving customer service excellence

  • To be data driven with exceptional analytical skills to solve problems and draw meaningful conclusions.

  • Adept at learning new systems quickly with the willingness to share knowledge with others.

  • Strong communication skills teamed with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.

  • The ability to organise and prioritise your own work load.

  • To be an advocate for change and share your ideas in how we can streamline process and procedures.
