To continue our success, we are looking to hire an Order Management Specialist.

As part of a global team, you will coordinate order management for our internal customers across the Middle East. You will have ownership of a very diverse range of orders ranging from mid to high volume, and you will manage the end – to end order life cycle.

Responsibilities;

  • Manage the end-to-end order life cycle for assigned customer accounts in the Middle East to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Act as single-point-of-contact for the customer to resolve any order processing, scheduling, and shipping queries.

  • Analyse and resolve complex customer issues with minimal supervision, knowing when to escalate to the Order Management Leader.

  • Coordinate with Regional Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Materials, Production Planning, and other teams to facilitate the order life-cycle and to meet critical customer deliveries.

  • Partner with customers to provide consultative, order life cycle support (e.g. lead time, availability, order entry, order modification, minor technical support, logistics, and policy), making recommendations and providing guidance.

  • Continuously demonstrate customer support excellence (compassion, empathy, support) in all communications and interactions.

  • Liaises with internal production, planning, and materials teams to ensure prompt, accurate, and timely order throughput including achievement of financial targets.

  • Support Customer Order Management departmental goals and initiatives to become a more proactive customer-centric organization: develop, document, and enhance standard administrative practices as they pertain to customer communication, and order throughput processes.

  • Identify ideas and develop proactive communications for your customer base regarding processes, policy, and best practices.

  • Host and coordinate customer visits and review the completeness of pre and post-visit documentation.

  • Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement projects impacting local and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience providing a high level of customer satisfaction in order management, or customer service position.

  • A degree is preferred, or directly relevant work experience.

  • Experience using MRP systems would be preferred.

  • Demonstrate a tenacious personality and the ability to manage a high volume of customer needs at any one time.

  • Customer-focused with a desire to build strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

  • Results-driven, even under tough circumstances.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of the customer.

  • English language skills are essential, plus an additional language such as Arabic or French would be highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary between £34 - £37,000 depending on relevant experience

  • Annual bonus plan - target 8% (based upon company performance)
